This fun and fast paced class focuses on cardio, strength and stamina through a variety of full body exercises. Get a day’s worth of exercise crammed into a 30 minute body-weight circuit. We’re bringing the circuit to your house, with a variety of different exercises focusing on muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Each workout will include a series of fast-paced rounds to help you reach your peak performance!
