Earth Rangers is the kids’ conservation organization, dedicated to educating children and their families about biodiversity, inspiring them to adopt sustainable behaviours, and empowering them to become directly involved in protecting animals and their habitats. Join our presenters Kyla and Catherine as they explain what it means to be an Earth Ranger. You’ll also get a chance to meet the amazing animal Ambassadors Millie and Shelly!

Millie is a Three Banded Armadillo. These animals are very unique as they are the only armadillo that can completely roll themselves up into a ball. She also has a really long, sticky tongue like an anteater, so if she comes across a termite mound or ant colony, she can slurp up hundreds of bugs from their tunnels all at once!

Shelly is a Midland Painted Turtle. They get this name due to the orange, red and yellow stripes that look like they were painted on her head, neck, legs and tail with a paint brush. They are born with and grow with the same shell for their whole life. Their shell is fused to their skeleton.

Kyla and Catherine will also show you the brand-new Earth Rangers App and share a special code to unlock 25 bonus points to help you level up.
